If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you received it to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please retain proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email our team hello@fakebakepro.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, please mail the item back to:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if you wish to purchase a different product.
